Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 250 g pasta
  • Olive oil mascarpone
  • Wild mushrooms
  • fresh garlic



Cook your pasta 2 to 3 min in boiling water by stirring once, drain and put in the skillet to brown them add the "mushrooms" previously returned with fresh garlic.

Mix with the pasta and add 3 tablespoons of mascarpone. Mix well and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Serve hot with white meat or as a side dish with a salad.

Enjoy preferably lunch because the chestnut is a slow sugar you will not "hungry" in the afternoon!
