Ingredients (for 6 people):

  • 150g of chestnut flour
  • 50 g white flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 50g of pine nuts
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 5 tablespoons to 1 tablespoon oil
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 100 g of hazelnuts
  • 100 g of nuts
  • 100 g of chocolate for the topping butter or oil to grease the mold

Preparation:

Mix in a bowl the chestnut flour and the white flour, the salt and the yeast. Beat the 4 eggs omelette, add the sugar, the oil and the milk. Work well and pour everything into the bowl containing the flours, then mix and knead. Add the hazelnuts and crushed nuts. Grease a mold to miss, pour the dough. Bake in a hot oven (thermostat 6/180 ° C) for about 30 minutes. After cooking, let cool, then unmold on a dish. Top with melted chocolate in a little water (optional).
